Rebecca Martin's Race for a cure for Children's Cancer
I sat across the table from a mother who's son was diagnosed with progressive brain cancer at age 11. She shared the heart wrenching details of her journey with me. I cried listening to her as I could see the pain, stress and love for her child in her eyes. When I told her I had joined the Cure Search team she held my hand and said "Thank You,if it weren't for organizations like Cure Search my son would not be alive today." For her and all of the parents and children that are fighting a battle with cancer, I have committed to help. For the love of children. Please donate what you can, if you can. Whether it is $1.00 or $1,000 every bit helps.
Thanks for visiting my CureSearch Challenge page!
I am participating in a true challenge – raising funds for children’s cancer research. With your help, I can surpass my fundraising goal! Please, make a donation and make a difference in the lives of the 43 children diagnosed with cancer each day.
The money I raise will support CureSearch for Children's Cancer, a national non-profit foundation whose mission is to fund and support targeted and innovative children's cancer research, with measurable results.
