CureSearch Photo Challenge

What's scarier than your child fighting cancer? Your child fighting cancer during a global pandemic. To show your support for childhood cancer families during this time, we hope that you will accept the #CureSearchPhotoChallenge by recreating a favorite photo from your childhood and making a donation to CureSearch.  Your donation will help ensure that critical research continues so that every kid gets a chance to recreate their own photos one day.

Cancer remains the #1 cause of death by disease in children.  Our children deserve better, and CureSearch is leading the way.  Together, we are fighting for the future every child deserves and every parent dreams of.

Consider the following:

  •  Each year, more than 15,600 parents in the U.S. hear the words “your child has cancer.”
  • 12% of children diagnosed with cancer do not survive.
  • The average age of a childhood cancer diagnosis is six.
  • More than 40,000 children undergo treatment for cancer each year.
  • 60% of children who survive cancer experience severe or life-threatening complications in adulthood, including secondary cancers, heart failure and cognitive dysfunction.
  • Only 4% of government funding is directed towards 12 different childhood cancer types.

Thank you for your support!  Visit curesearch.org for more information.
