Help me tell children's cancer to take a hike!
Hi friends and family!
I have signed up for a CureSearch charity hike in support of pediatric cancer research and I'm counting on your help for my team (“Inta the Valley”) to achieve its fundraising goal. Please donate to help make a difference in the lives of the 43 children diagnosed with cancer each day. I don’t think I’m going out on a limb when I say that many of us have been touched by someone diagnosed with cancer. And when that diagnosis comes to a child, it’s even more devastating. What is not commonly known about pediatric cancer treatment is that children are treated with the same medications as adults which can have a lasting and life-long effect on these children. As a result, some will never forget the fight they won as a child.
There are several things you can do independently or in combination to help this worthy cause:
- Join the “Inta the Valley” team!
- $5 is as valuable at $100+ - please donate an amount that you are comfortable with.
- Share my fundraiser page with your friends and family and ask them for their support.
CureSearch for Children’s Cancer is a national non-profit foundation whose mission is to fund and support targeted and innovative children's cancer research and they are driven by the need to identify better cancer treatments for this most vulnerable population. They are the authoritative source for information resources about children's cancer for families and their support systems and their mission strategy includes using events like this one to raise money for continued support of early-stage research, translational research and pediatric cancer clinical trials with demonstrated high potential so these treatments can be accelerated to children. Please support me as I help change the odds for those children most at risk. Thank you for helping me tell children's cancer to take a hike!
