Hikers are encouraged to form teams, and must hike with others - no person is allowed to hike alone. The funds are raised through your official Hike fundraising page, and all funds are donated to CureSearch to help end children's cancer. Hikers will carry all needed items with them on the hike, which may include bug spray, sunscreen, EPI pen or other medications, water, snacks, socks, etc. Hikers are also encouraged to carry their cell phones for safety.
Registration opens at 7:00 AM on Hike Day, with the slowest hikers starting hiking at 8:30 AM. Hikers will be required to wear a provided wrist band to identify themselves, and complete the course within five hours. Registration will close at midnight on Wednesday, July 11. Although registration closes on Wednesday, we welcome "walk ups" the day of the hike. Hikers must be a minimum of 10 years old.
